HISTORY 

Red White And Blue Security was founded in December 25 , 2012 by Kamal Naqvi who wanted to bring their skills, knowledge of 25 + year experience to the front line of the security industry. Red White and Blue Security believe that by applying the skills and discipline of the services to articulate and experienced security guards, we could offer a superior service to cater any market.   

OUR OBJECTIVES 

The company’s main objective is to provide clients with a new kind of service, not just your standard security guard. By this we mean; Security guards with excellent written and verbal skills, extensive knowledge and experience of the security sector their working and a professional approach whilst representing the client’s organization. Our tried and tested guards are fully trained, licensed and insured, resulting in a powerful security solution to protect you and your business.

MISSION STATEMENT

It’s Red White And Blue Security’s mission to be recognised as an independent supplier of security services. To consistently supply an individual service to clients at an affordable rate but at the same time ensuring our employees are equally valued and continuously feel part of an organisation that values them.

The Guard (s) shall be employees of the Red White And Blue Security and responsible for the hiring supervision,scheduling, and compensation of the Guard(s).The Guard(s) shall not for any purpose be deemed to to be employees of the client.

The Red White And Blue Security shall maintain comprehensive general liability and worker compensation insurance covering itself and its employees for performing security services at client’s location.

LICENSING & TRAINING

All of our operatives are licensed by the security industry authority and abide by the terms and conditions of the security industry Act As well as being licensed, all of our employees are fully trained to a minimum of Level and hold Licenses In addition, as part of their training, all staff undergo basic First Aid and Conflict Management training.
